QualWorld is a fully independent and privately owned fieldwork agency specializing in qualitative market research for the healthcare industry.

QualWorld was founded in 2014 by a team of five veterans of the pharmaceutical market research industry. The QualWorld team (formerly a branch of another company) has been working together in the same capacity since 2010. Senior staff has up to 25 years of experience in market research.

We are headquartered in France with local affiliates in North Carolina (QualWorld USA) and in Hong Kong (QualWorld Asia). Our permanent staff is located in 13 countries around the world (USA, France, UK, Lithuania, Germany, Italy, Sweden, Poland, Denmark, Hong Kong, China, Japan and India) and across the US (North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Florida, Colorado and California).

QualWorld is a proud member of several market research organizations (Intellus Worldwide, ESOMAR, BHBIA; EphMRA and ASOCS). We follow their Professional Codes of Conduct, as well as their Ethical Guidelines.

All our permanent staff is either BHBIA or EphMRA trained and certified for Adverse Events Reporting. And all freelancers go through our yearly Adverse Events Reporting training program.
